The March Seven

See The January Seven / The February Seven

Wellness
1. Continue with the 40 min of exercise a day for the 40 days of Lent - check
2. Get back to a good water intake - I haven't been good the past two weeks and you can see it on my face - better but still not to the level I am usually at
3. Stop driving myself crazy with what if scenarios. I normally excel at not borrowing worry but when a big life change happens I have to work hard to get control of that again. This campaign life is a big change and I need to find my balance. better but not back to myself

Try
1. Pretty Bird Coffee in Yardley nope
2. Bell's Market nope

This weekend will be spent finishing up petitions for MFD's campaign, trying to stay dry, I'm sure cleaning up dog pee and poop inside since they will refuse to go out in the rain, and making a birthday month to do list.

Whatever you do, I hope it's exactly what you need.

  2. Lots of self care this month for you (and volunteering/giving to others/thinking of others- per usual)! I hope you find that balance and try some new bread and stay dry!

    Have a great weekend!

  3. Switching to an electronic calendar/planner has transformed my schedule keeping!!! I will NEVER go back to paper!

I love where I live, but wish I had easier access to places where I could do comfort packs... I have always loved this idea.

Ruby goes outside in this weather, looks around, and then politely disses the accommodations, declines use of them, and proceeds to poop in the comfort of the dining room.

  4. I always find that there is a big correlation with my anxiety and what if scenarios when I am not practicing enough self care. It is a struggle for all of us women no matter what is on our plate! I need to get out of the paper game but I am so attached to it still, it is my one "old lady" thing. Ginger has finally started going in the rain, but then she comes in and gets wet dogness all over everything, I don't know which is worse! Have a great weekend!

  5. I love the catch all bin from Thirty One. I'm not sure if would be the best for what you're looking for but it's definitely a favorite of mine.

  8. I can't imagine the what if scenarios... I do the same... but I want you to know that this is the best what if I could imagine. You both will be such a credit to politics as we know them.

  9. 40 minutes of exercise a day is a great goal! I always feel like I should be making more of an effort to squeeze in at least one additional workout or making time for a minimum of 20-30 minutes of exercise each day, but it's hard for me to stick with that. I've been doing well with three days of exercise each week, but more than that is a stretch.

I'm horrible with "what if" scenarios. It's one reason I have such a problem with anxiety. I think I've gotten a little better in the past few years, but I still get that stab of fear in my chest and sinking feeling in my stomach if I start letting my thoughts wander too much.

I'd be interested in hearing more about your electronic/paper hybrid organization system once you get it set up.
