Reese's peanut butter s'mores in the oven

I'll start with the unpopular opinion of not really liking s'mores. This was awesome though. MFD found the recipe and asked Carol to make it on vacation. It was really easy and good, and it didn't require fire, which is always a bonus.

Ingredients
1 bag mini Reese's peanut butter cups
1 bag marshmallows
graham crackers, strawberries, or your dipper of choice

Directions
Preheat oven to 450.

Unwrap Reese's and line the bottom of a 9 inch pan with them (I'd use disposable in the future - not easy to clean up). Lay marshmallows on top of them with marshmallows on their sides.

Bake for 8-10 minutes. The chocolate is melty but not liquid, so eat it quickly. Enjoy!

  1. This looks/sounds amazing, but I'm afraid I'd eat the whole thing by myself. My waistline doesn't need me to make this. My mouth says I should. The difficulties we face in life.

  9. Oh this looks perfect for when kids have friends over, or adults have friends over lol. I love anything Reese's though so kind of a no brianer for me! I am not a huge smores fan either because I can't get past the sugar overload and sticky mess potential.

  30. Why must you post the most perfect unhealthy dessert when I'm making an effort to eat a little healthier? Seriously, though, this looks so easy and so amazing. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are my absolute favorite candy. I'll have to try this at some point!
