Such Great Heights: The Complete Cultural History of the Indie Rock Explosion by Chris DeVille - Loved that the chapters began with a playlist. The book felt overloaded with info to me though, like nonstop, and it wasn't exactly a right fit for me music-wise, so I just skimmed the chapters/albums that were not for me. First Light, Last Light by Glen Sorestad - I really enjoyed this, made my way through slowly. It might have been my first encounter with a volume of Canadian poetry.
